By booking a session with Stillkraft Studios you agree to the terms below. These terms are provided in plain language and may be updated from time to time.
Bookings
A booking amount confirms your date. Dates are held only once payment is received.
Cancellation & rescheduling
Booking amounts are non-refundable. Rescheduling to the next available mutually convenient date is complimentary subject to studio availability.
Delivery timelines
Sneak peeks are typically shared within 3–5 days. Full delivery timelines are shared at booking and depend on the type of shoot.
Usage rights
Delivered photographs are for the client's personal, non-commercial use. Stillkraft Studios retains copyright and may use images for portfolio or promotional purposes unless a written opt-out is received before delivery.
Liability
In the unlikely event of technical failure, our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected shoot.
